Struggle for survivalIt was a severe day for the Czech rider from HTC-Highroad team in the 14th stage of the Giro d´Italia. František Raboň eventually finished the stage atop Monte Zoncolan and he is going to continue in the race. “I got dropped on the first two climbs. It was hell, I can feel the work I have done up until now in my legs. I was three minutes behind the pack and at one point, I thought it was over . I was riding my own time trial for 40km, I took chances on downhills and luckily I got across but it was brutal,” Raboň said after the hard stage. “Then I began to feel better and if I survive tomorrow´s stage then everything could be fine”, Franky added.
