August will be crucial for me

“I wasn’t in good shape after the Giro and Dauphiné and to tell the truth, the results of my test weren´ quite satisfactory. I was practicing on my own for a long time and I only got in some racing kilometers during the Czech Cycling Tour. I think that I´ve recovered well from the fatigue and I´ve been feeling all right in the last two weeks. I started a block of intensive training and starting Monday, I will put my time trial bike on my agenda. My next big highlight is going to be the Eneco Tour,” Raboň said. 
 
This race begins with a prologue and apart from that, the riders will face up to another time trial during the race. “This race is a big chance for me to prove that I am a good time trialist because I always finished outside top ten in the time trials at the start of the season. Besides, I still have to earn my place at the worlds. If I don’t do well at the Eneco Tour, then it will be difficult for me to start at the worlds and I wouldn’t force myself into it. For this reason, I´m quite motivated,” Franky said. 
 
After the Eneco Tour the HTC Highroad rider is set to ride the stage race Tour of Colorado and then two participations are scheduled for him in Canada. “I take these races as a build-up for the worlds. But it is going to be hard for me to return into action after two months without racing and compare my shape with those riders who rode the Tour de France. But if I don’t excel at the Eneco Tour I will have another chance in Colorado where I could show that I getting back on form,” Raboň added.
